1.We're ahead of schedule.（我們進度超前。）

2.We're a week ahead of schedule/time.（我們比預定時間早了一周。）

按計劃進行

3.We're right on target.（我們正按計劃進行。）

4.We're matching the timetable. （我們進度剛剛好。）

進度落後

5.We're running a little behind.（我們有點落後了。）

6.I am so behind in my work.（我工作進度落後許多。）

再來一些變化

7.It’s 80% done.（已經完成 8 成了。）

8.We're halfway there.（已經完成一半了。）

9.There must be no further delays. The deadline is next Friday's close of business.（不能再延後，最後期限是下周五下班的時候。）

此外，問人專案進度時，可以這麼說：

1.What delivery date are we looking at？（什麼時候交貨？）

2.What time frame are you looking at？（你看整體專案的時程是怎樣？）

3.Is there any way to get the project back on schedule？（有沒有辦法讓案子回歸進度？）
