My name is Morgan Chuang and I'm the director of customer service team in Elytone Corp. Nice to meet you.

We obtained your refund request via the customer service system.

From your description, you said you bought a headset from our website last week and now it is broken because your five year-old kid bit it. You think we should accept your refund request because the cause is from its bad material.

I understand why you are unhappy. However, your refund request was rejected. if your product is broken under normal human operation, we can refund it or let you exchange for a new one. But in your case, it is an abnormal operation and out of our product's refund policy.
